Poseidon - Our second anniversary.

Paul and I had a night out last night for our second anniversary.  We went for a curry and then went to see the Poseidon movie at the cinema and I thought it was really good.  Not as good as titanic though.  Anyway I loved the original movie but thought this one was better because of all the effects etc, although Josh Lucas gets on my nerves.

Last year on our first anniversary, Paul took me to the Ivy in London, and it was very nice, not as posh as I imagined it would be, and the food was lovely.  But this year we don’t have quite as much money to waste, so we opted for a traditional curry and cinema night out.

Can’t believe we have been married for two years.  It seems like yesterday I was fitting my vale, pulling on my gloves and walking down the isle… wow, I still get butterflies thinking about that.  Paul and I kept smiling the whole day and both our jaws ached at the end of the day.  We are very cheesy by the way, so if you are going to keep reading my blog, get used to cheesy love stories and gushing tales of adoration that I have for my husband and son.

I might post some pictures of my wedding later to show you what my dress was like.  We have decided to get married again on our tenth anniversary and I’m looking forward to it already.

Back to the movie, I also saw a trailer for Superman and it looked very good, and also one for Pirates of the Carribean, that also looked very good.  I would like to see them both, but that would mean asking someone to babysit again, and I hate asking for babysitting…

Just finished watching the Skeleton Key

It’s late and I have just finished watching the Skeleton Key with my friend Laura.  We had a nice chinese too which I feel I deserved after a busy day at work.  Anyway there is no real point to this post except to say that the Skeleton Key is good and you should see it.  So there, ha!

Ok, I’m off to bed as I need to conserve my energy for a lively day with Daniel tomorrow (which will no doubt begin at 6.30 with ‘Make Way For Noddy’ blaring out of the tv!  If you’ve got kids you’ll understand, if you haven’t then enjoy a lay in you lucky thing you!
