I am a super duper organised creature of Christmas present shopping.
Already I have purchased:
- mums present + birthday present
- brothers present
- nieces and nephews presents
- sisters presents
- part of sis-in-laws presents
- part of hubby’s present
- several of Daniel’s presents
I still have to get a lot more stuff but considering it is not yet December, I have it in the bag. Last year when Daniel was under a year old I remember trawling the shops at the last minute with him screaming in the buggy, desperately trying to remember what I was buying for who. I ended up spending far too much money and getting all the wrong sorts of gifts out of desperation. Mind you everyone seemed pleased with theirs so I can’t have done too badly, eh?

I have decided that there will be some changes to this website soon. I am not sure what exactly will be changing, but it will be more about my blog than my illustration, as my new site bubble bunny is slowly taking over that department.
I still want this site to run, but I may move the blog to the front page (or perhaps just the latest post to the home page, if that’s possible?) and then change the content on the other pages - to what I don’t know??
Anyway watch this space…

I am now writing a business blog too. This blog will still continue but I have decided to keep it for more personal stuff.
My business blog is more about how I run my business, whether I have any work, how I am finding new work, how I deal with clients and basically what’s happening in my working world!

Well I am turning over a new leaf and trying out some cooking. I don’t really hate cooking but I don’t really love it either, however, I want to start giving Daniel a wide range of foods that consist of more than fish fingers so I am attempting to cook some new recipes!
So the first one I tried last week was meatballs with tomato sauce.
So here are the ingredients chopped up, then the meatballs in the pan and the tomato sauce too. And the results? He was suspicious to say the least but he ate the majority of them so it must of been good! Please note that Daniel is VERY picky with his food and would not eat them if they tasted gross! lol!
Anyway earlier today I marinated some chicken and cooked it up with some sweet potatoes and veg and he gobbled it all up apart from one little bit!!! So far the cooking seems to be a success. Well, apart from the macoroni cheese that I cooked the other night and that he wouldnt even let pass his lips - he simply clammed his mouth up and wouldnt have any!
Not sure what I will try next - if anyone out there has children and knows of some easy and tasty food they love then please let me know.
